I understand that exercise isn't always the most enjoyable part of your day, so my mission is to get you doing things you enjoy, and the things that'll get you the results you want.

We've got packages to suit all.

Whether it's one, two or three sessions per week (with me) in the gym, we've got you covered!

It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner, because we tailor all our workout programs to make sure it's right for you.

  • How hard are the sessions?
    The sessions are as hard as they need to be. I run a "no burpee" zone (unless you like them!) In the sessions, we run at your pace, with the goal of progressing over time. My goal, is to leave you feel better after a session, not worse!
  • Where are the sessions?
    We're at énergie fitness in East Grinstead. It's fully equipped, and ready for a good workout! You don't need a gym membership either.
  • What happens if I miss a session?
    As long as I'm given enough notice, we can just move any sessions missed into credit. We can use them anytime in the future. People go away on holiday and things pop up. While it's better if we can rearrange for the same week, this system allows for some flexibility for when life happens!
  • How many times will I see you each week?
    As many as you want! People typically see me twice per week, but I have some people that want more than that. People get better results with more sessions each week.
  • How much will it cost?
    This will depend on how often you want to see me. - One session per week is £150 per month. - Two sessions per week is £300 per month. - Three sessions per week is £450 per month. We can always upgrade or downgrade, depending what kind of support you need from me!
  • Are the sessions one-to-one or group sessions?
    The sessions are all one-to-one. It's all about you and your goals.

Who am I?

I'm Kyron (the bearded one!) and I'm a parent to my wonderful kids, Max & Ava which has given me a new perspective on fitness and nutrition.

 

I'm grateful to now understand how tough it can be to fit family, career, friends and your own health into life.

 

I'm not the kind of trainer who will enforce strict rules on you around exercise and food. I'll encourage you to include whatever kind of food you enjoy and move in whatever way you like.

 

I'm a firm believer in us working together as a team and will aim to coach you with that in mind at all times.
